The location is amazing, close to the popular Bistro restaurant, shops, and nestled in the mountains.

The hotel was PRETTY STANDARD and little, and the staff were amiable, thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful location close enough to the beach, the airport and the city and nearby shops, cafes and restaurants.

During our stay, we had the opportunity to enjoy the spacious pool and indulge ourselves in the soothing spa facilities. The pool was perfect for a proper swim, and the surrounding area had a safe non-slip floor surface. We also appreciated the wide range of dishes served in the restaurant throughout the day. The professional and friendly staff, especially the waitress Carmen, made our experience even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised when the reception staff and management upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost after a disappointing first night. Needless to say, we had a peaceful and comfortable sleep on the second night.

The newly designed room and lovely bathroom, along with excellent amenities, made for a fantastic stay in a convenient location with complimentary on-site parking available.

We loved the fact that the hotel had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. It was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate. The staff was extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were of the highest quality. We were also impressed with the wide range of amenities available, including a fitness center, game room, and children's play area. this place exceeded our expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The dinner at the hotel restaurant was not great. One dish was not properly prepared and did not match the description on the menu. However, there are plenty of other dining options in the area for those who want to try something different.

This charming and lovely place that we recently stayed at for our romantic escape was perfect! The location was ideal, right on the beach. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and hot tub, ordering delicious caipirinhas all day long. The breakfast spread was scrumptious and included traditional/local breakfast items. One of the advantages that we found is that it has a kitchen where we enjoyed eating delicious food such as beef medallions and picanha appetizers.

Although the staff was very nice, we had some issues during our stay. The first night we were placed in an awful, old, dirty room which should not exist at any hotel.

The facilities, such as the pool and health spa, were amazing, and I really enjoyed the opportunity to relax and unwind. Had an amazing Easter weekend at a little hotel on the outskirts of the city. Loved the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. Also loved the fact that they offered complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. the hotel was strategically located near a bus stop, which made transportation around the city a breeze. We also enjoyed lounging in the pool and taking in the beautiful scenery around the hotel.
